Project management experience with Capital Re-development/Capital Equipment, Construction Management and Technology preferred.

Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification (Issued by Project Management Institute) considered an asset.

Demonstrates excellent word processing, spreadsheet, relational database, visual management software, project management software and simulation modelling software skills

Experience and demonstrated expertise in data management, data analysis, and statistical manipulation.

Demonstrates excellent team building and management of group processes skills.

An equivalent combination of undergraduate education and relevant experience may be considered.

Assist management to increase sales by inspecting the lot’s vehicles daily, reporting any problems to management

Assist management in ensuring the lot is merchandised correctly to maximize sales

Quality customer service skills and sales track record

1 day off a week between Tuesday and Thursday

Team Outings (BBQ's, Ping Pong, Sushi Dinners)

Greet and guide customer as they appear on the lot to proceed into the sales process
