Golden Eagle Security Services is seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our team. As our Sales and Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying them, and providing personalized sales experiences to close deals. Additionally, you will provide ongoing support, upsell, cross-sell, and other forms of customer service to retain customers and build long-term relationships with them.

Responsibilities:

• Meet and exceed sales goals and quotas
• Provide ongoing support, upsell, cross-sell, and other forms of customer service to retain customers and build long-term relationships with them
• Qualify leads to make sure they are a good fit for our business
• Identify and target our ideal audience to generate leads through various channels
• Provide personalized sales experiences, such as phone calls, webinars, demos, or in-person meetings, to close deals
• Maintain accurate records of all sales and customer interactions

Requirements:

• Knowledge of the security industry is a plus
• Familiarity with CRM software and marketing automation tools
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Results-driven with the ability to meet and exceed goals and quotas
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in lead generation, sales, and customer service
