Job Description

The Company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to provide sales support, customer service, order organization, and order fulfillment services.


The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for all our customers. They will be responsible for processing orders, data entry, email inquires, answering phone, providing product knowledge, checking data accuracy in orders and invoices, preparing shipping, customer follow up, and contacting clients to obtain missing information or answer queries. You will also assist with Trade-Shows. Additionally, the Sales Administrator will liaise with the shipping department to ensure timely deliveries, maintain and update CRM, communicate important feedback from customers internally, ensure customers needs are met.


Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records
  • Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
  • Communicate important feedback from customers internally
  • Work collaboratively with other team members
  • Process orders via email or phone
  • Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
  • Stay up-to-date with new products and features, be able to offer knowledge on all our products


Key Qualifications

  • Diligent with a strong work ethic
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
  • A team player with a high level of dedication
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines
  • Minimum 1yr experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent
