Note:

This position is currently listed as "Hybrid" and consultants will be required to work onsite at the work location 3 days a week and 2 days from home. The details of this arrangement will be confirmed with the Hiring Manager.

Extension(s) only allowed using unused days/funds left on contract. No additional funds will be added beyond the maximum contract value and any extension options included in the original SOW. The Statement of Work (SOW) shall expire on April 5 2024. HSC may exercise its option(s) to extend an SOW beyond April 5, 2024 for up to one additional extension term of one year. Such extension(s) will be allowable only if the Master Service Agreement is extended beyond April 5, 2024 and be upon the same terms, conditions and covenants contained in the SOW.

Mandatory Requirements:

• 10+ years experience in developing solutions which leverage MS Excel.
• Implement changes to the code for incorporating the business changes to the application server, components. Unit test the changes to enable quality assurance.
• Enable consensus with the team on the changes to the system design.
• 5+ years experience in support and maintenance of applications using Hibernate, and JPA
• 10+ years experience in supporting and maintaining applications using Oracle SQL Developer and optimizing query performance.
• 10+ year experience with Eclipse, RAD, RUP, UML, and ER Diagrams.
• 3+ years experience with supporting and maintaining operational reporting with Power BI.
