Key Vision Consulting is a growing marketing agency that offers marketing services to retail.

We are looking for motivated self-starters to join the sales team. Training will be provided before the start.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be accountable for identifying and closing new clients who require marketing services, utilizing a strategic and analytical approach to lead generation, sales, and account management. Leverages social media, brand management, SEO, advertising management, and digital advertising management using the most cutting-edge AI technology, This role requires the ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams, strong communication skills, and a demonstrated history of surpassing sales targets.
At the conclusion of the contract, this position offers the potential to transition to full-time employment.
Compensation:
- Opportunity to make $80k+ out of the gate.
- Pay is 25% base salary and 75% commission with a 90-day ramp.
- Quarterly commission goals have the capacity to pay up to 150% and are weighted on the number of clients signed, new contact opportunities, and client retention.
Responsibilities:
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Deliver sales presentations to prospective clients and articulate the value proposition of our marketing services
- Manage and nurture relationships with prospects throughout the sales cycle
- Identify and prospect potential clients in need of marketing services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and customer success to provide a seamless sales experience
Qualifications:
- Ability to conduct in-depth research on prospects to understand their business and needs
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Resilient and able to handle rejection, overcome obstacles, and stay motivated.
- Strong written and spoken English with the ability to communicate complicated ideas to convince decision-makers.
Nice to Have:
- Strategic and analytical approach to lead generation, sales, and account management
- Retail sales experience preferred.
- Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative in marketing services, with a track record of approaching retail stores.
