Role Summary


The Laura Canada Sales Associate provides exemplary customer service to every client, has strong fashion awareness, is knowledgeable about our product and develops long-term relationships with customers.


Critical Functions


  • Promotes the website, store CRM, loyalty program and marketing initiatives/events in place.
  • Customer Service
  • Effectively develops customer relationships by applying Laura Canada’s Clientele Development tools.
  • Executes all P.O.S. (Point of Sale) procedures accurately and efficiently (i.e. no sales, refunds, customer orders, etc.), as required.
  • Demonstrates strong wardrobing skills by assessing the unique needs of customers and keeping current on product knowledge, new arrivals, location of merchandise and fashion trends.
  • Provides exemplary customer service by following the Laura Canada service standards.
  • Drives sales by assessing the unique needs of customers and adding on in accordance with the Laura Canada service standards.


Requirements


  • Must be able to work weekends and available some evenings
  • Demonstrates initiative on an ongoing basis.

  • Développe efficacement des relations avec les clientes en utilisant les outils de développement de la clientèle de Laura Canada.
  • Service à la clientèle
  • Offre un service à la clientèle exemplaire en suivant les normes du service de Laura Canada. Stimule les ventes en évaluant les besoins uniques des clientes et en faisant des ajouts aux ventes en fonction des normes du service de Laura Canada.
  • Fait la promotion du site Web, du G.R.C. du magasin, du programme de fidélisation et des initiatives/événements de marketing en place.
