The Restaurant General Manager position is a senior role that would include responsibilities of hiring, training and development of a team, based on a unique new Food Concept that will be launched in November this year. The location is a popular tourism destination that is busy all year long.
The ideal candidate MUST be bi-lingual (fluent in French / English), be able to represent the company at the local level within the community and tourism departments. The ability to build on an already successful brand and drive for growth in the upcoming new location will have to be a strength for the selected candidate.
Pre-Opening restaurants and hotels experience is preferred and must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. This is a Full Time position, and only qualified candidates will be contacted for an interview that will be held in Ottawa.
The role is to be filled immediately and will report directly to the President of Wingell Hospitality Group.
