With over 65 years of home building excellence, we are hiring a Residential Estimator

• Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, the Estimator will assist in estimating contracts regarding supply of quotations for pricing requests from Management, Sales, Project Coordinators and Décor. They will complete house budget material and take offs.

The following skills are needed:

• 5-10 years of experience within the home building sector

• Ability to interpret plans, take offs, details, translate drawings to site applications and components required to build an option out • Experience integrating software programs into the daily function of home building

• Clear & concise communication skills, with excellent computer skills

• Strong commitment to meet and complete tasks in a timely manner

• Will work with all departments to continually value engineer process and construction methods, and design to import overall product value
