You will work independently or as part of a team, depending on the size of the job.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that cleaning equipment and supplies are properly maintained and stored
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members
• Follow all health and safety guidelines
• Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms and kitchens
• Make beds and change linens
• Clean windows, mirrors, and other surfaces
• Clean appliances, such as refrigerators and ovens

Qualifications and Skills:

• At least 1 year of experience in residential cleaning
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Excellent time management skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods
