Responsibilities

Requirements

• Experience in the Utility sector
• 10+ years of software development experience
• Experience with Agile and Scrum
• Experience with performance reviews, professional development, and solution design
• Experience with user experience best practices
• Ability to translate Product Requirements into Technical Requirements
• 5+ years of leadership experience
