In 2021, Michelin North America (Canada) Inc. celebrated 50 years of manufacturing excellence in Nova Scotia. Employing over 3600 employees at our three facilities, Michelin is seeking Reliability Maintainers (electrical/electronics/instrumentation/electro-mechanical/industrial mechanical) to join our teams in Bridgewater and Waterville, Granton is not currently hiring.

Reliability Maintainers Are Responsible For
  • Assuring machine performance and sustain equipment compliance within their area of responsibility;
  • Providing technical support to production operations and participating on high performance teams.
  • Effective and efficient performance of interventions, including accurate documentation; and
Job Requirements
  • Ability to make effective decisions and solve problems; and
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively in a team environment.
  • Capable of working 12-hour shifts, including night shifts and weekends;
  • Successful prior completion of a technical program;
  • Dedication to working safely;
