Seeking: Reliability Maintainers (Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation/Electro-Mech/Industrial Mechanical)

Support MDP processes (participating in analyzes, requirements from 5’ briefing treated or upgraded…)

Methods and practices applied (job performed in safety, quality, respect of instruction,…)

Sustain equipment compliance (standard, cleanliness, cycle time, influent parameters,…)

Interventions are encoded, documented, and analyzed

Effectiveness of all interventions (prevent breakdowns, cure the default within an optimized time,collaboration with Production, Quality, ...)

Efficiency of all interventions (resources used, consumption of spare parts, sustained energy efficiency of equipment)

BA/BS (Recent Graduate) or DEP with 3 years of experience as assembler and/or tester of manufacturing products (mechanical and electronic).

Must have the experience in reading engineering assembly drawings

Experience working with cross-functional teams.

Experience following SOPs, making plots/charts and making simple presentations in either MS suite or Gdocs.

Execute engineering validation and reliability testing for the design of new micro mobility hardwares.

Perform bike/scooter/station level environmental and mechanical cycle and repetitive tests.

Excellent organizational and management skills

Maintains job knowledge to ensure expertise on NERC/Regional Entity reliability and compliance standards and requirements

Help manage and administer client's internal compliance program (ICP) and related committee(s)

Experience with building customer leads and business development roles

Conduct routine hardware and software audits of all supported systems to ensure compliance with established standards, policies, procedures, and requirements

Excellent communication and presentation skills are required

Position requires an in-depth knowledge of fixed and mobile assets & reliability functions.

Strong working knowledge of computers and applicable software (MS Office, Oracle, SAP, Visiya, Xeras)

Must possess good oral and written communication skills as well as excellent interpersonal skills.

Requires the ability to coordinate diverse systems and to plan with excellence.

Understanding of exchange component programs;

Understanding of Company's and OEM policies and procedures as they relate to maintenance practices & parts supply.

Assuring machine performance and sustain equipment compliance within their area of responsibility;

Effective and efficient performance of interventions, including accurate documentation; and

Providing technical support to production operations and participating on high performance teams.

Successful prior completion of a technical program;

Capable of working 12-hour shifts, including night shifts and weekends;

Ability to make effective decisions and solve problems; and

Experience handling incident management, systems monitoring, and performance tools

Demonstrated change management capabilities, including communication, enablement, and stakeholder management

Use data and analytics to identify and prioritize initiatives that improve the experience and productivity for store customers

10+ years of relevant operations experience in a fast-paced environment with at least 3+ years experience defining and implementing operational roadmaps

Experience leading SRE initiatives and systems support for large enterprise high availability systems

Act as the subject matter expert on our operations and support, provide thought leadership and guidance to the Store Technology organization

Knowledge of project management and organization

Possess project management skills to lead, motivate, initiate, analyze, plan, organize and facilitate change

Understanding of related software and information systems (i.e. database management tools, SAP, M5, maintenance management information systems, project management, etc.)

Experience and formal training combined with demonstrated performance and ability may substitute for stipulated academic requirements.

Knowledge of reliability and failure analysis methods

General knowledge of City’s corporate/departmental/branch policies and procedures

Implement and govern a ‘Lean’ technology service management system amongst service owners to ensure continuous reliability improvement

Strong understanding of Service Management principles, Service Level Objectives and measuring resiliency

Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.

10+ years of experience in IT with at least 3 years in system architecture (5+ preferred)

ITIL V3 Foundation Cert. in ITSM with Professional experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, a plus)

Professional programming experience in one or more of the following: C, C++, Java
