Hourly Rate of $17.00


What will i be doing?


  • Ensures that the group is safe and together at all times.
  • Communicating with the team when busses arrive, where they should be going or parking.
  • When not actively guiding will provide assistance to Ambassadors/Patrol/Trail Crew to monitor trail conditions and/or assist Guest Services to provide Resort information to guests on trails/base.
  • Participate as an on-trail ambassador; assist guests with way-finding, ticket education, health restriction reminders, maintaining cleanliness of trails, trail etiquette and safety.
  • Assess fitness level of guests and tour duration accurately, change plan if necessary.
  • Attends on and off hill training sessions to ensure that tour process and information is current and up to date.
  • Reports trail maintenance concerns to the supervisor.
  • Provides positive and educational guided experiences for groups; prepares route plans based on group itinerary.


What do we need from you?


  • Must have proper equipment, attire and footwear to match tour type and season.
  • Knows Blue Mountain trail network.
  • Completed internal tour guide training.
  • Required if guiding bike tours; Intermediate to advanced biking experience; PMBIA level 1 if lead guide on bike tour.
  • Physical ability and dexterity to manage on-hill terrain and sustain multiple 1.5hr tours per day
  • Previous experience leading groups of people in outdoor activity/sport
