Job Description
Our client, one of the largest dental suppliers in Canada, is looking for a self-motivated individual with excellent written and verbal communication to join their team as a Receiving Clerk at their Vaughan office. You will be part of a collaborative team with the same goal: to perform to the highest standards.
The person chosen for this 1 Month's contract can network and build their professional profile while working with this well-known company.

Responsibilities
  • Physically moving equipment
  • Physically receive and log repairs in the system – large equipment (up to 75 lbs each) and handpieces (1lb each)
  • Call customers to get estimate approvals
  • Other admin / receiving duties as required
  • Prepare rental/equipment paperwork for couriers and internal delivery staff
  • Matching up paperwork
  • Distribute repairs to Technicians for assessment
Qualifications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Able to start ASAP
  • Min 1-year experience in Administration and/or Data Entry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, and Outlook
