Shipping Clerk Jobs

Processing customer orders on our parcel line and pickup counter through vendor websites and Company ERP system.
Principal Responsibilities And Duties

• Works with Watts ERP system to confirm, ship and invoice sales orders
• Inspect sales orders verifying accuracy of product and quantity
• Service of customers at Pick Up counter
• Maintains good housekeeping practice in work area
• Other duties as assigned by Manager
• Utilizes online vendor portals including Purolator, UPS, DHL to process shipping orders
• Completes bills of lading for skid shipments

Education

• Completion of post-secondary education or equivalent work experience in the industry.

Management

• This position does not have any reports.

Experience And Required Skills

• Good computer skills
• Forklift license would be an asset
• Good work ethic, attention to detail as well as reliable and timely attendance
• Minimum of 2-3 years of warehouse and forklift experience
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs occasionally
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Previous experience with Radio Frequency Equipment an asset
• Team player with multi-tasking abilities

Physical Requirements

• Other demands include but not limited to oral, written, and presentation/communications skills.
• Regular exposure to the warehouse.
• Alternates between standing and moving within the work area.
• Must be able to manipulate equipment used in performance of tasks.
• Ability to move throughout the warehouse and office areas for long periods of time.
