Shift Time

Monday - Friday 1pm-9pm

Sunday - Thursday 1pm-9pm

Pay rate: $23.34/ hour

Position Summary

Receives, unpacks and issues materials to stockroom, warehouse, or designated location.

Essential Functions

• Checks goods received against bills of lading or purchase orders.
• Operates forklift or hand truck as needed to move goods to storage area and place in designated location.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Sorts, counts and checks received items.
• Maintains required clerical records.
• Places materials, supplies and other received goods on designated shelves, racks or floor locations.
• Checks goods for damage.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

• Employees in all warehouse positions must be able to immediately perceive auditory warning signals such as bells, alarms, and horns that are used to warn employees of the start-up, movement, or approach of equipment (including forklifts, turrets, overhead cranes, conveyors, trucks, and other equipment operated inside or outside the warehouse), mechanical abnormalities, and similar risk situations during warehouse operations.
• Solves routine problems of limited scope and complexity following established policies and procedures
