Warehouse Worker - Shipper /Receiver

Do you have over a year of experience in Order Picking, Shipping receiving, and working well with customers?
We are assisting our client located in the Nepean area in looking for an experienced Warehouse worker/ Shipper/ Receiver who will be assisting in their warehouse as well as dealing with customers and clients coming in for order pick up and inquiry. Does this sound like you?

Shift: 7:30 am - 4:30 am - Monday - Friday
Location: Nepean, Near Prince of Wales
Rate: 19-20/hr

Responsibilities

• Shipping and receiving material
• Providing customer service, answering inquiries and questions at the Order desk
• Loading and unloading trucks and arranging the inventory of supplies in the warehouse
• Inputting information into the computer system
• Cleaning the warehouse, ensuring the upkeep of the facility
• Picking orders via a manual pick list and preparing the orders as requested by the customer

Qualifications

• Must have experience working in the warehouse
• Has no issues loading and unloading heavier material
• Experience operating a Forklift is an asset
• Must be comfortable doing heavy physical labor
• Must have very good customer service skills
• Must have good communication skills and is able to speak to the customers coming in for pick up
