The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and meet deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role.Ensuring that clients receive the best possible care during the transaction process and making sure that no details go unnoticed.
Responsibilities
- Order Strata documents and other supporting documents needed.
- Submit appropriate documents to the brokerage office for file compliance.
- Reviewing contracts of purchase and sale, and verifying information.
- Monitoring showing requests and agent communication during office hours and forwarding messages along when needed.
- Prep Listing and Buying presentations.
- Checking and managing all Email Inboxes
- Client Care & Retention
- Managing and maintaining CRM
- Inputting listing information into Matrix
- Preparing and scheduling Social Media content (2-3 posts / week)
- Preparing Monthly Newsletter
- All out-of-office errands and other tasks as needed, upon request.
- Preparing materials for Open Houses, New Listings, Buyer Appointments, and Listing Appointments.
- Support the Agents on the team to ensure all paperwork is completed.
- Oversee all aspects of Buyer and Seller transactions from beginning to end
- Database management
- Preparing marketing materials
- Correspond with clients, solicitors, conveyancers, mortgage brokers, and real estate agents.
- Ensure file organization based on office protocol
- Prep paperwork for listings and offers.
