Job Description
Production QA Inspector


:


The production quality inspector maintains quality standards by inspecting materials, in process production, and finishing products and then recording quality results.


Shifts


Permanent, Full Time Position


12 hr continental day/night shift, with 4-week turnaround


Averaging agreements in place


84 hrs biweekly with opportunity for OT


Rate of Pay


Depending on knowledge, skills, abilities, experiences both work and educational the rate starts at $18.0


  • CA$24.03 per hour


Job Type: Full-time


Salary: $18.09-$24.03 per hour


Requirements


∙Proven ability to follow standards, rules, policies, work instructions, directions


∙Have a quality and detail focus


∙Understands the need to make premium quality every time


∙Previous experience in a manufacturing setting


∙Has demonstrated ability to remain calm under pressure/deadlines


∙Above average attendance


∙Experience with measuring equipment – tape measure, caliper, micrometer


∙Good communication skills


∙Physically able to lift, push, pull, stand on a concrete floor, kneel, crawl, grip, pinch


∙Good eye hand coordination


∙Good visual/color vision


∙Previous forklift experience or valid forklift (counterbalance) certification
