New Value Solutions, a national IT consulting company, is seeking a Project Manager to help our client implement a Cloud version of Agiloft.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and Own the requirement documentations
• Architect engagements
• Review the current state, engage with all stakeholders
• Privacy and Security documentation
• Implementation Ground work - Planning and Leading UAT
• Review all the existing systems that are required to be integrated, into the new system.
• Training Coordination, working on Test Plans in collaboration with the business
• Identify Business, Functional and Technological requirements in order to fit the goals/directions
• BN, BC, Project Charter, Budget Tool, PCR etc.
• PMO deliverables: Status updates, reports, budget tools etc
• Customization and design of the solution
• Responsible for all Project Deliverables
• Documentation deliverables: Technical, business and functional requirements, SLA, KA, Lessons Learnt etc.
• Manage the contract negotiation and procurement activities if required
• Steering Committee presentations and updates
• Engagements if required for Contracts, Server installations, procurement processes
• Legal Engagement if required
• Integration team engagements

Requirements:

• Agiloft or any other CMO system experience
• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager
• Experience presenting to stakeholders and executives
• Experience developing strategy and roadmap deliverables
• Experience working in a health care environment
• Experience in multi-collective agreement and complex labor relation environment
• Knowledge of Contract Management systems and operations
• Experience with system integrations
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in Employee Health related projects is an asset
