Raven Valley Kitchens Incorporated designs and manufactures custom cabinetry primarily for residential homes throughout Vancouver Island. We are driven to continue achieving a high level of success in our market and have encountered unanticipated demand.
We are currently seeking an experienced Production Leader that is well versed in CNC programming, particularly Mozaik software.
This role will focus primarily on transitioning jobs between the design team and the production team. Additionally, the Production Leader will also fulfill the role of working lead cabinetmaker and will support the team on the shop floor with construction of custom components and provide coaching and mentorship to the team. This role will also be responsible for the preparation of custom cabinetry that is ready for installation with a high degree of accuracy and quality review.
