Production Lead Hand (Continental Shift)

Express Employment Professionals isrecruiting an experiencedProduction Lead Handon behalf of our client with Canadian operations located in Calgary.

Our client produces the most environmentally responsible bottledwater.

Production Lead Hand Highlights

• Good at establishing clear directions. Must be a clear communicator.
• Can initiate, plan and complete tasks with sense of urgency
• Promotes safe work environments and is responsible for the safety of their team.
• Can clearly and comfortably delegate both routine and important tasks.
• Must have the ability to produce a high quality of work in an accurate, safe manner without errors
• Leads and oversees a team of manufacturing crew and ensures the daily attainment of Key Performance Indicators for Safety, Quality, Productivity and GMP.
• Able to marshal resources to get things done. Uses resources effectively and efficiently and can orchestrate multiple activities at once.
• Experience as a Lead Hand is a must.

Skills, Requirements and Experience:

• Must be able to work cooperatively both within and outside organization and contribute to the team’s success.
• Contributes to morale and drives accountability of themselves and others to lead higher performance.
• Ability to lift 50lbs

Production Lead Hand Wage and Hours

• Wage: $23-25 /hour
• Monday to Friday
• 8 or 12 hour shifts // Day and Night Shifts
