- Ensure continuous improvement of work practice
- Ensure the application and compliance with the standards of Health and Safety at work and rules of hygiene with his/her team (washing hands, wearing nets, work coats and wearing safety boots, etc)
- Promote the maintenance of the workplace/area, clean and safe equipment
- Ensure cleaning of each workstation and equipment is completed at the end of each shift
- Eliminate waste of time, ingredients, supplies and equipment
- Ensure that the products comply with specifications and meet the Goodfood quality standard (good quality, method of portioning, adequate packaging, positioning in the bag, respect of temperature,etc)
- Help training and transmitting the good practices to new and existing employees.
- Maintain good working relationships and motivate employee
- Document absences, delays, low performers and escalate non-compliant employees
- Manage, delegate and coordinate the work within their respective team by using active coaching walks and following the plan given by the Manager.
- Ability to navigate computer software
- College degree or relevant degree in same field
- Similar experience would be an asset
- Has experience in production environment
- Comfortable working in fast paced and quickly changing environment
- Showing interest in having a career at Goodfood
- Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit (ability to advice/train/coach)
- Demonstrate autonomy and take initiative
- Demonstrate planning skills
- Comfortable in working in refrigerated environment (0 to 4 degrees)

- Assurer l'amélioration continue des pratiques de travail
- Vérifier que le nettoyage de chaque poste de travail et de l'équipement est achevé à la fin de chaque période de travail.
- Promouvoir l'entretien du lieu/de la zone de travail, la propreté et la sécurité des équipements.
- Assurer l'application et le respect des normes de Santé et Sécurité au travail et des règles d'hygiène avec son équipe (lavage des mains, port de filets, de blouses de travail et port de bottes de sécurité, etc).
- Documenter les absences, les retards, les employés peu performants et faire remonter les employés non conformes.
- Éliminer les pertes de temps, d'ingrédients, de fournitures et d'équipements.
- Aider à la formation et à la transmission des bonnes pratiques aux nouveaux employés et aux employés existants.
- Capacité à naviguer dans des logiciels informatiques
- Gérer, déléguer et coordonner le travail au sein de leur équipe respective en utilisant des promenades de coaching actives et en suivant le plan donné par le gestionnaire.
- Une expérience similaire serait un atout

- Maintenir de bonnes relations de travail et motiver l'employé.
- S'assurer que les produits sont conformes aux spécifications et répondent à la norme de qualité Goodfood (bonne qualité, méthode de portionnement, emballage adéquat, positionnement dans le sac, respect de la température,etc).
- Diplôme d'études collégiales ou diplôme pertinent dans le même domaine.
- Montrer de l'intérêt pour une carrière chez Goodfood.
- Montrer de l'autonomie et prendre des initiatives.
- À l'aise pour travailler dans un environnement en évolution rapide.
- Avoir de solides compétences interpersonnelles et un esprit d'équipe (capacité à conseiller/former/entraîner).
- Démontrer des compétences en matière de planification.
- Avoir de l'expérience dans un environnement de production
- Être à l'aise pour travailler dans un environnement réfrigéré (0 à 4 degrés).
