With a CTO in place and some of the senior roles who have been through the growth to exit journey before from b2b SaaS, marketplaces and fast paced retail, this is a rare chance to join a core team at the start of journey to build something special. We will be embracing and meeting the needs of all market participants so will be building consumer style websites and apps, integrating the worlds providers of places to work, building the platforms employees use to find where they will work regardless of who owns or runs it and creating algorithms that provide the insight that unlocks the industry.
Who are we hiring?
The Product Owner will be responsible for delivering a corporate solution for a market leading workforce solution for enterprise clients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of our product, while ensuring quality and customer satisfaction. The Product Owner will work closely with the Product Manager, technical team, and customer stakeholders to define, prioritize, and deliver features and enhancements in line with our customers’ needs.
What will you be responsible for?
- Proactively unblocking yourself when stuck either by reaching out for help or finding other solutions in an asynchronous, remote, distributed culture
- Producing quality high level requirements documents and working closely with engineering teams to translate this to user stories ready for development
- Comfortable prioritising features from an ambitious roadmap in order to deliver the right thing at the right time.
- Embracing the freedom and encouragement to create and innovate on behalf of our customers.
- Continuously enhance user journeys using quantitative and qualitative analytics, to drive core KPIs
- Contributing to a tech team and culture that is focused on a data driven approach to deliver the business vision.
- Championing the use of agile to deliver incremental value and participating in ceremonies such as stand ups, retros, demos as appropriate
- Managing the product release process
- Defining test acceptance criteria and manage user acceptance testing within Instant.
- Performing competitor analysis as well as demonstrating an ongoing interest in industry and technology evolutions and innovation.
- Contributing to the wider product strategy via a transparent, asynchronous culture
- Working closely with the team to define and deliver a product led corporate solution for workspace.
What are we looking for?
- Professional or educational qualifications in product ownership with a strong track record of digital product delivery using agile techniques.
- Experience managing and working with distributed teams, including internal teams and external agencies
- Worked closely with engineering, marketing and data teams
- Understanding of product analytics tools such as GA, Hotjar, and Optimizely
- Digital native, tech ‘savvy’ with a genuine interest in technology evolution, product innovation and user behaviour.
- Have a passion for delivering simple, highly intuitive digital products
- Commercial awareness and ability to analyse business needs, capture requirements from key stakeholders and translate these into user journey maps and stories
