WHAT WILL YOU DO?
The Predictive Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating workers engaged in the predictive maintenance activities within the mechanical maintenance department including vibration and collection analysis, oil sampling and analysis and thermal imaging and analysis and managing projects for plant improvements and upgrades.
This role is located at the St Marys Cement plant in St Marys, Ontario.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?

• Has the ability to communicate clearly in written and verbal formats; and is comfortable using Microsoft Office, SAP, Kronos and other computer software.
• Has a strong desire to lead a team and mentor their development;
• The ideal candidate will have a college degree or technical diploma in a mechanical field plus 2-5 years related experience in a similar role;
• Has the ability to document and follow procedures; is a constructive thinker and can analyze, interpret and evaluate situations;
• Can withstand the physicality of sitting, standing, walking or working in awkward or confined, restricted places and outside conditions;
