We are currently seeking a Plant Manager to join our growing business. As a Plant Manager, you are responsible for staff scheduling, daily operation management, inventory management, compression equipment maintenance review, outsourcing management, and working with all other non-plant departments like Logistics, Sales, and Operations to make production plans. Our ideal candidate is bilingual, self-motivated with a result-oriented solid attitude, and has at least a bachelor's degree in business management or experience related to logistics or a field directly relevant to our industrial concerns.

Job responsibilities:
- Willingness to travel as required to Exceed agro group branches.
- Effectively manage daily plant operation, staff scheduling, monitor and review the workflow
- Work closely with the logistics department and another team on the production plan, work schedules, etc.
- Maintain effective scheduled production as per the plant production master plan
- Perform facility maintenance of the main building and machinery equipment
- Perform souring management, cooperate with suppliers on price negotiation, quality control, procurement process improvement
- Perform top-level inventory management, oversee the inventory on traceability, safety, and quality
- Oversea inbound and outbound inventory and all other relevant transportation duties
- Implement SOPs and KPIs; plan and monitor the budget, and effectively manage the whole plant staff
- Develop and implement improvements to existing operational procedures.
- All other duties assigned by the company
Requirement:
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in a leadership role managing a production team or industrial processing plant employees
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; previous ERP system experience is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Superior organizational and communication skills
