We are seeking a responsible and reliable Pharmacy Driver to join our team. Reporting to the General Manager, the driver will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and timely delivery of pharmaceutical products to various locations, adhering to our high safety standards and customer service excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Transportation and Delivery:
• Conduct regular inspections of the vehicle to identify any potential mechanical issues and promptly address them.
• Communication and Reporting:
• Compliance and Documentation:
• Maintain auto liability insurance with minimum requirements for bodily injury and property damage, in line with company policies.
• Safely transport pharmaceutical products to designated locations as per the assigned delivery schedule.
• Ensure all required licenses, permits, and certifications for the operation of your vehicle are valid and up-to-date.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with the Company's logistics team, keeping them informed of delivery schedules and any unforeseen delays or issues.
• Report any incidents, accidents, or damage to the vehicle immediately to the Company.
• Maintain current state vehicle inspections when required.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service during deliveries, representing the Company in a positive and respectful manner.
• Customer Service:
• Handle all products with care and strictly adhere to the Company's safety protocols.
• Address any customer inquiries or concerns promptly and escalate issues to the Company when necessary.
• Vehicle Maintenance and Safety:
• Maintain your own vehicle in excellent working condition, ensuring it is safe, clean, and properly insured for commercial purposes.
• Provide proof of insurance (copy of declaration page) to the finance department.
• Ensure there is no "business use" exclusion on your personal insurance policy.
• Comply with all applicable traffic laws and regulations while operating the vehicle.
• Present an acceptable Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) upon hire, when driving responsibilities change, annually, or as part of any internal audits.
• Verify the accuracy of delivery orders and obtain required signatures upon delivery.

Requirements:

• Valid Driver's License: Must possess a valid driver's license in good standing.
• Responsible and Punctual: Demonstrates reliability and punctuality in delivering products on time.
• Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail to verify accurate deliveries and maintain proper documentation.
• Customer-Oriented: A customer-centric approach with the ability to handle inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
• Reliable Vehicle: Must have a well-maintained and insured vehicle suitable for commercial purposes.
• Safety-Conscious: Prioritizes safety at all times, following the Company's safety guidelines and traffic regulations.
• Communication Skills: Effective communication skills to coordinate with the logistics team and provide excellent customer service.
