Fièra Cosmetics is a venture backed multi-million-dollar global beauty and skincare brand seeking a talented Performance Marketing Video Editor / Content Creator to enhance and expand our creative team by editing and producing direct response video and static ads for Facebook, YouTube, TikTok and other marketing channels .

Your background is ideal for this role if:
You have experience and proven success in the performance marketing world, either with an ad agency or in-house with an ecommerce business. You have seen successful, measurable results in your past work, and thrive on delivering content that converts.
You are an Adobe Suite expert, and are able to turn around high quality videos and graphics in a very timely manner, while your attention to detail ensures you deliver without mistakes.

What you’ll be doing:
- Video ad development with performance-first focus
- Working with our Creative Director and Media Buyers, you’ll produce, edit and deliver direct response video ads. These will be placed on all major social channels through paid advertising, and therefore require elements that motivate a customer to buy now. That means sorting through loads of content to find the right shots and elements that will support this goal.
- Just like creating video ads, we’ll be looking to you to create compelling, performance-driven static or gif ads for various campaigns.
- Static and/or gif ad design with performance-first focus
- Optimizing with Iterations
- Using feedback from the media buyers, you’ll be expected to iterate on videos and ads to improve conversions and/or reach new audiences. You can make iterations quickly and are always eager to hear results, learn lessons and keep on improving. Understanding the nuances of various media channels will help you win quicker.
- Competitive research, gaining understanding of our customer persona and the skincare and beauty industry are all key to success in this role. This requires investing the time and energy to be able to connect with our customers and tell the right stories in the right way.

The specific experience and skills required for this role are as follows:
- A keen interest in and commitment to monitoring current and future trends in the digital content and social media space
- 2 - 5+ years experience with creating static ads in a performance marketing environment.
- Vast experience using Adobe's Full suite, including Premiere Pro & Photoshop. Must be extremely familiar with color and sound correction. Bonus points if you have experience in After Effects and any animation tools.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines
- 3 - 7+ years in a video editing role with a focus on paid media.
- Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, and delivery platforms
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
