Parts Technician Jobs

Bobcat & Doosan of the Peace (a division of Rentco Equipment Ltd). is a fast-paced local company that has been servicing Grande Prairie and the Peace Country for 60 years. We are a full line Bobcat dealership as well as the dealership for Doosan Heavy equipment.

We are currently looking for a full-time Parts Technician to join our team.

As the Parts Technician, you are responsible for:

• Answering incoming phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person/department
• Verifying received shipments by checking order against shipping documents
• Maintaining a high level of product and service knowledge
• Following up on shortages and reporting shortages to Manager
• Providing customer service by answering parts inquiries and processing purchases
• Supplying service technicians with parts ordered through parts requisition forms

You have the following skills and education:

• Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
• Ability to always perform excellent customer service
• Ability to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures
• Ability to work on an “on-call” and weekend rotation.
• Computer literate with proficiency using Windows and Outlook
• Parts Technician (2nd Year Apprentice to Journeyman) or equivalent experience
