As an Order Control Associate, you will be responsible for performing the duties necessary to create documents and labels required for picking, weighing, and inventory updates. As an Order Control Associate, you will generate and analyze reports needed to maintain high level of inventory accuracy and on time deliveries.

What You’ll Do

• Capable of working in a safe manner, following all health and safety policies
• Completes reprint of labels as necessary
• Coordinate with Finished Goods to ensure orders go out in a timely manner
• Handling/resolving any shipping issues that may arise, including but not limited to missing items (for example due to insufficient stock levels) or product returns, alerting Customer Service promptly so the item can be removed from the invoice
• Collect the logs from Finished Goods (Weighing) and decrement inventory by Catalogue # and lot accordingly
• Print labels according to First in First out (FIFO) taking into account those items that are Dangerous Goods

Qualifications

• Proficient in computer applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
• Ability to work in a MacOS environment
• Previous experience working in an inventory experience
• Chemistry knowledge is an asset
• FileMaker experience is an asset
