Working as anOperations Food Manager, you are responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations for a healthcare dining account. You will manage and lead a team of associates. You will be responsible for ensuring that the food offered to the patients and customers is of superior quality. Additionally, you will be responsible for the following:

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with the Chef and management team in creating menus and providing top quality food
• Roll out new culinary programs in conjunction with Morrison marketing and culinary team
• Support with overseeing all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account
• Maintain excellent relationships with customers, patients and client as well as other departments

Preferred Qualifications:

• BS, Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred
• Desire to learn and grow with a top notch foodservice company
• Three to five years of foodservice operation experience
• Previous experience managing a budget
• High volume production and catering experience is essential
