Must-haves

• Experience with OP (operating) Model and capability model projects
• Great understanding of technology functions and organizational structure including change or design
• Outstanding written and communication skills
• Experience creating deliverables and role descriptions
• Very strong analytical, critical thinking & problem-solving skills
• 4-5 years of experience as an Operational Model/Design Consultant
• Change management/communications experience

Insight Global is looking for an OP Model Consultant to join one of Canada’s largest credit unions. The candidate will be responsible for change management duties, analyzing and advising key stakeholders on organizational structure models and potential redesign. The successful candidate will have key consultant experience in gaining an understanding of the organization’s OP model and respective capabilities and ultimately provide advisory support and hands on experience creating deliverables and role descriptions to ensure that all uplifted capabilities are supported. The candidate will be involved from the change phase throughout roll-out and will be a versatile resource.
