Job Description
Job title: Logistics Customer Service / Office clerk
Location: Vaudreuil
Industry: Transportation and warehousing
A growing company in the Transportation and Warehousing industry is actively seeking experience Customer Service representatives from the industry.

Permanent job opportunity Monday to Friday
Hours 8:30 am to 5pm
Salary ranges 21$/hr - 25$/hr, negotiable depending on experience

Responsibilities
  • Initiating required action for response to customer requests for order changes, including the maintenance of order/customer information files and communicating changes to the appropriate personnel/departments.
  • Ensuring and providing quality service to customers
  • Updating Files
  • Following up on overdue accounts
  • Utilizing the organization’s order software to process orders
  • Answering customer inquiries/communication
  • Providing feedback on the soundness and effectiveness of the customer service department policies and procedures
  • Receiving, processing and verifying the accuracy of orders from customers through email or telephone communication
  • Working with other departments to resolve problems, facilitate solutions and enhance customer service offerings.
Qualifications
  • Highly organized with the ability to multi-task
  • Time management skills
  • Accurate and detail-oriented
  • English & French
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Transportation/Warehousing industry knowledge an asset.
  • Dedicated commitment to providing superior, timely customer service
  • Ability to work well with a computer and Proficient Excel
  • Previous customer service experience and logistics background is an asset.
