We have an immediate opening for an Office Clerk at our downtown Montreal location. This is a full time, Monday to Friday position.
General Duties and Responsibilities:
· General office work
· Maintaining and updating files and records
· Email correspondence and answering calls
· Using office equipment like printers, photocopiers, and computers
· Handling basic tasks to do with emailing, invoicing and / or payroll
· Work with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
General Requirements:
· 2 or more years of work experience in a similar or a related position.
· Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
· Experience using office equipment
· Oral and written communication skills in English and French
· Experience in basic payroll tasks would be an asset.
· Team player, always willing to help out and multi-task
· Strong attention to detail
Qualified candidates must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
