Position Details
We are seeking qualified Mobile Maintenance Mechanics in the Haut-Lamèque, New Brunswick area. In this position you will focus on maximizing plant performance and run time through troubleshooting and repairing all mechanical equipment.

What Your Responsibilities And Duties Will Look Like

• Fabricating and welding tools or equipment when required
• Travelling to various sites to repair machinery
• Identifying and correcting all unsafe conditions and completing safety assessments of all work prior to starting any job
• Diagnosing equipment operating issues and making required repairs
• Troubleshooting, monitoring, adjusting, maintaining and repairing manufacturing equipment and machinery

Your Current Skills And Abilities

• Apprentice or Journeyman Classification Industrial Mechanic (Millwright)
• Millwright skills, welding and machining experience preferred.
• Must supply own hand tools appropriate to the equipment and environment.
• Ability to properly disassemble, clean, repair and reassemble complex mechanical devices such as gearboxes, pumps and motors.
• Ability to fabricate simple parts for corrective maintenance.
