Participer au suivi de la planification hebdomadaire de son secteur conjointement avec les départements concernés;

Effectuer la mise à jour des documents pour le suivi de la disponibilité des équipements;

Appliquer la formule de supervision dans son travail et pour les gens qu’il supervise, et effectuer les suivis qui s’y rattachent;

• Performing document and file management functions, including e-filing.

The Maintenance Clerk is responsible for maintaining inventory and maintenance records by performing administrative tasks.

• Be personable, articulate, and knowledgeable.

• Ability to learn skills quickly with a mature and service-oriented attitude.

• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks.

Millwright skills, welding and machining experience preferred.

Ability to manage SAP transactional and master data to Newcrest Asset Management guidelines

Holder of or capability of obtaining an MMP (Maintenance Management Professional) or CMRP (Certified Maintenance Reliability Professional) designation (desired)

Red Seal Trade qualification (desired)

Working knowledge of SAP PM and MM (essential)

Working experience with Caterpillar off road trucks including 793F, 793D, 785D, 777C

Working experience with Komatsu PC2000, PC7000 shovels and excavators

Maintenance Management Professional (MMP) or Certified Maintenance Reliability Professional (CMRP) designation considered an asset,

Review work orders and make recommendations and/or schedule maintenance as necessary to comply with mobile maintenance requirements of site equipment,

Develop, implement, and continuously improve mobile maintenance and reliability programs. Develop, complete, and drive standard maintenance procedures,

Develop and improve existing task list to increase master date quality and streamline the mobile maintenance planning process,

Visit the Back River Project Sites as required to become familiar with the equipment and shop setups,
