Job Description

Our client is currently in search of a Senior Consultant who will focus on the solutioning and optimization of IT service delivery across multiple client accounts. This dynamic role centers on managing and sustaining services within our client's portfolio of managed offerings. These services encompass various domains, including but not limited to fully outsourced IT, Azure, Office365, Teams collaboration, and Intune. The ideal candidate for this position brings a proven track record of delivering projects or services across diverse Microsoft technology stacks used by our client's target industries. By combining exceptional technical skills with a customer-centric approach and effective communication, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining operational excellence.


Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Service/Strategic Review Meetings.
  • Maintain awareness of recurring issues.
  • Guide clients through their IT and cloud journey by employing established best practices.
  • Collaborate with other client-centric management personnel, including the Managed Services Director, Service Delivery Manager (SDM), Client Success Manager (CSM), and the Virtual Chief Information Officer (vCIO) MS Team – as well as all staff as necessary.
  • Play a role in driving enhancements to Client Satisfaction scores and effectively communicating with staff.
  • Ensure clear translation, documentation, and actioning of client expectations to the delivery team.
  • Contribute to Strategic Review Meetings/Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Collaborate during onboarding and regular intervals to define client-specific service improvement areas in partnership with other staff and the client.
  • Address recurring issues and manage their resolution.
  • Summarize meeting actions, particularly technical ones.
  • Lead solutioning and oversight for Managed Service Client Onboarding.
  • Oversee the technical resolution of recurring issues.
  • Manage projects and/or strategic initiatives.
  • Contribute to Technology Improvement Plans.
  • Provide oversight for the technical direction of multiple client accounts concurrently.


Qualifications:

  • Profound operational knowledge of the configuration, deployment, management, and support of Microsoft technologies, with a primary focus on Office 365, Azure, Intune, Security, and Teams, accompanied by relevant Microsoft Certifications.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
  • Well-developed analytical skills with a business-oriented perspective.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Strong familiarity with the configuration, deployment, management, and support of core infrastructure technologies, encompassing Virtualization (VMware or Hyper-V), Networking, Storage, and Backup.
  • A steadfast commitment to customer service excellence.


Nice to Have:

  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and Power Automate.
  • ITIL Foundations or higher certification.
  • Experience with ConnectWise.
  • MCSA certification.
