Architecture Specs: Working on the most difficult product architecture issues escalated by more junior members of the team

Process Improvements: Designing process improvements for how our technical product and engineering teams operate

Remain curious and keep growing your skills and capabilities

University degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience

Experience with security tools like EDR and SIEM

Reliable character, self-starter, hungry to do more, good communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of a Microsoft Security Stacks would be an asset

Relevant security certifications is a plus

Recognized University or College degree in Computer Science or an equivalent combination of education and experience

In depth knowledge of Microsoft operating system, Macintosh OS.

Maintain, continue to develop and keep current with industry standard technologies, workflows and software applications

Maintain, continue to develop and keep current with both Apple Macintosh and Microsoft Windows technologies, processes, networking protocols and operating systems

Experience with the development, design, and architecture of IT technology, data management, and data integration processes

Appreciated for your excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, and your ability to distill complex and/or ambiguous problems into clear, actionable requirements

3-5 years experience in privacy / data protection or a graduate degree or concentration in privacy engineering

Certification in Privacy (e.g., CDPSE, CIPT, CIPM, CIPP certification)

Experience is proactively embedding privacy considerations into product design

Experience with design for software applications running on multiple platforms

Demonstrate ownership for components of the corporate technologies that include; Vendor Management, training, satisfaction, ROI, roadmap, integrations, security and compliance.

Complete code reviews and approvals for release management process.

Contribute to Release, Change and Incident Management processes

Minimum of 10-15 years professional experience in an operationally focused capacity ideally within high growth companies

Extensive Experience with Multi-site, Geo-diversity and Geo-HA implementations, multi-vendor integration and complex transformations

Demonstrated Advanced skills in solution design for complex high growth environment’s

5+ years of experience developing enterprise native mobile applications;

Experience with iOS and Android development is a huge asset;

Lead the architecture and development using Flutter and Dart;

Design components, maintain them and implement them by following Flutter / Dart workflows and practices;

Participate in native plugin development when needed leveraging Swift, Kotlin, Javascript, C++ or C#;

Increase our system scalability and quality;

1. 5-7+ years of experience with Microsoft BI stack SQL Server, T-SQL, SSIS development required

2. 5-7+ years of experience with data warehouse, ETL, SSIS to move data / integrate systems required

3. 5-7+ years of experience with databases, data modeling design required

4. Experience with SDLC methodologies e.g. Agile / Waterfall
