Azure .Net Developer Jobs

We're looking for a Senior Azure .NET Developer to join our non-profit client for a 9-month remote contract, with the potential for an extension. Your main role will be to work closely with the project team, developing software to meet business requirements. You'll also identify areas for improvement, provide support for testing and implementation, and ensure the final solution aligns with both business and technical needs. 9-Month Remote Contract

Pay rates: $80-95/HR

Responsibilities:

• Actively participate in hybrid development activities, including Backlog Refinement, Planning, Standups, Reviews, Retrospectives, and others.
• Design, develop, document, integrate, and test required business functionality.
• Support other members of the development team.
• Participate in all required SDLC processes.
• Maintain up-to-date status of assigned tasks within the DevOps tool.
• Work as a developer/integrator within an agile software development team.

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience with unit testing (e.g., xUnit, nUnit).
• Demonstrated experience in building highly scalable and reliable Azure cloud services using App Services, Azure SQL Database, Azure Service Bus, Azure Storage, Redis Cache, Cosmos DB, Azure Function, etc.
• 3 years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Agile methods (e.g., Scrum, Kanban), and source code management tools (e.g., git).
• 5 years of experience with .NET Framework, including ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET REST API, and Entity Framework.
• 5 years of experience developing web applications in the Azure cloud environment.
• Demonstrated experience with .NET 5/6 (or .NET Core 2/3), including ASP.NET Core and Entity Framework Core.
• 5 years of experience with web development using MVC Framework Razor Pages or Blazor, HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, and jQuery.
• 10 years of experience developing enterprise-scale software using .NET/C#.

Nice-to-Have Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience with CI/CD technologies using YAML (e.g., Azure DevOps).
• 10 years of experience developing enterprise-scale software as a full-stack developer with significant Azure serverless development experience.
• Proven track record of delivering software on deadline, with proof of portfolio, GitHub account, client references, etc.
