Merchandise Operations Specialist

As the Merchandise Operations Specialist you will support the Merchandise Operations Supervisor in reconciling inbound inventory and executing accurate product listings. You will be the key point person for problem solving product related order concerns and communicating with customers in a timely manner. You will also be supporting the operational needs specific to your division, and be providing market insights & business analysis as needed.
Job Details:
- Manage the internal product returns process and share updates with stakeholders
- Work cross-functionally with our Operations/Distribution team, Merchandising team & Marketing team across all facilities.
- Manage daily product related order concerns and communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders providing solutions
- Support with receiving inbound inventory and the creation of product listings
- Provide an elevated high-touch experience focused on customer retention
- Communicate with local charity partnerships and organize donations
- Continually research the full price and resale baby gear market regularly and apply learnings to our assortment including product features, and marketing opportunities
Qualifications:
- Is motivated by targets and is energized to achieve them
- Possess creative problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Tech savvy- You are comfortable with technology and able to dig into new systems to load product into the Rebelstork inventory system
- Understands importance of customer care and impact to the business
- Able to work and succeed with minimum supervision
- Self-managed and guided by business objectiveswith excellent attention to detail
- Post-Secondary education or equivalent working experience
- Act as a vital member of Team Rebby through punctuality and professional conduct
- Teamwork principles – Works well cross functionally with a variety of teams (Merchandising, Customer Care, Tech, Marketing)
Work Environment:
·On-site in our office/warehouse, and remote work time based on daily business needs
