Post-Secondary education or equivalent working experience

Manage daily product related order concerns and communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders providing solutions

Proven abilities of inventory management

Oversee management of minimal defective returns.

Ensure stock levels can support all store inventory requirements and promotions by liaising with store personnel to ensure supply meets demand.

Ongoing In-House Training & Education Courses (Lifelong learning)

Experience working with an inventory management solution, creating sales forecasts and targets and achieving sales and margin expectations.

Successful completion of purchasing courses approved by SCMA (Supply Chain Management Association) would be an asset.

Experience utilizing a financial software system, negotiating contract terms and pricing and adhering to procurement directives and guidelines.

Two (2) year Diploma or equivalent in Business related discipline.

This position is subject to the terms of the Full-time Support Staff Collective Agreement:

Perform high volume of Advertising data entry in Aptaris and Job Assistant (JA) for: Advertising submissions, revisions, changes and ad proofing

Perform high volume of data entry for; Purchase Orders, SKU creation/maintenance, Promotions/TRP’s, CA’s for Advertising, Endcaps and Sidecaps

Manage and track Vendor Agreement development and approval process.

Review weekly flyer proofs to ensure offers are accurate

Knowledge and application using Query an asset.

Superior communication and organizational skills

P&L deliverables, provide an exciting range of products and best-in-class experience for fans

• Post-secondary education preferred in business or retail/merchandise related field

• Proven leadership experience in a collaborative cross-functional team environment

• Experience with developing and executing strategic plans in a multi-operation retail environment

• Experience in customer service required

• Experience in departmental budgeting and financial accountability required

Category/assortment administrative support: colour cards, purchase logs and flyer boards. Support product sample management with Category Assistants
