What You’ll Do

It’s safe to say, there’s no shortage of variety in what we do. Here are some key accountabilities of the role:

• This position is accountable for ensuring efficient flow of merchandise in close collaboration and partnerships with internal partners (Merchandise Operations, Buying, DC) to minimize dwell time, resolve flow issues.
• Analyzes complex Merchandise issues (i.e. TBM, Store Stock, Lot Buys, RTV, Non TJX Merchandise); partners with business to resolve issues effectively and efficiently
• In partnership with DS Training department, provides support to develop training programs and reporting for Merchandise Control teams within DC facilities
• Responsible for identifying and addressing vendor compliance issues and opportunities, reviewing best practices with Global counterparts

What You’ll Need

To begin your career with us, we require the following:

• Strong communication skills, written and verbal, with ability to communicate effectively across multiple teams with various needs and objectives
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate business partners to meet the organization needs; good consulting, listening, and information gathering skills.
• Able to work independently/ self-leader and as part of a team, including the ability to build close working relationships
• Ability to be flexible with strong organizational and time management skills; ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
• Minimum two (2) years of Distribution/Supply Chain, Operations experience; post-secondary education in Business or related field considered an asset
