Perform high volume of Advertising data entry in Aptaris and Job Assistant (JA) for: Advertising submissions, revisions, changes and ad proofing

Perform high volume of data entry for; Purchase Orders, SKU creation/maintenance, Promotions/TRP’s, CA’s for Advertising, Endcaps and Sidecaps

Manage and track Vendor Agreement development and approval process.

Review weekly flyer proofs to ensure offers are accurate

Knowledge and application using Query an asset.

Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience, ideally in retail

2-3 years work experience (ideally in retail - either store or buying office)

High School education or equivalent experience

General knowledge of retail operations including an understanding of fashion trends, seasonal events, inventory levels; Exceptional Customer Service skills
