Minimum two (2) years of Distribution/Supply Chain, Operations experience; post-secondary education in Business or related field considered an asset

Post-Secondary education or equivalent working experience

Manage daily product related order concerns and communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders providing solutions

Provide an elevated high-touch experience focused on customer retention

Manage the internal product returns process and share updates with stakeholders

Facilitate efficient processing and facility production flow by maintaining effective communication with Merchandise Assistants, Buying/Planning departments, and Distribution Services Management

Carefully inspect merchandise for all legal labelling requirements (i.e. CSA, Bilingual, fabric content, Country of origin etc.)

College degree in Business Administration or Fashion Merchandising is preferred. Minimum high school education required

Minimum two years experience in Distribution or retail merchandising

Analytical approach with the ability to apply knowledge of Distribution Services processes, merchandise, and systems

Perform high volume of Advertising data entry in Aptaris and Job Assistant (JA) for: Advertising submissions, revisions, changes and ad proofing

Perform high volume of data entry for; Purchase Orders, SKU creation/maintenance, Promotions/TRP’s, CA’s for Advertising, Endcaps and Sidecaps

Manage and track Vendor Agreement development and approval process.

Review weekly flyer proofs to ensure offers are accurate

Knowledge and application using Query an asset.

Superior communication and organizational skills

P&L deliverables, provide an exciting range of products and best-in-class experience for fans

• Post-secondary education preferred in business or retail/merchandise related field

• Proven leadership experience in a collaborative cross-functional team environment

• Experience with developing and executing strategic plans in a multi-operation retail environment

• Experience in customer service required

• Experience in departmental budgeting and financial accountability required

Excellent time management, organizational and prioritization skills

Support product sample management with Category Assistants

Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience, ideally in retail

Flexible hybrid or remote work arrangement;

0-2 years work experience (ideally in retail - either store or buying office)

Systems experience with AS400 (JDA), PLM, BI or similar software applications is an asset

Demonstrable potential leadership and people management skills

Excellent time management, organizational and prioritization skills

Category/assortment administrative support: colour cards, purchase logs and flyer boards. Support product sample management with Category Assistants

Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience, ideally in retail

2-3 years work experience (ideally in retail - either store or buying office)

Ensure a high quality work output, while assigning tasks and overseeing daily, weekly, and seasonal priorities.
