A casual Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT) is now available in Salmon Arm, B.C! This position includes rotating day, evening and night shifts.
This is a Casual opportunity. Casual means hours are not guaranteed and may vary and shifts may be at short notice. What will you work on?
Our acute care caseload is quite varied and we are a smaller STAT Lab, which allows for a great learning environment. Our MLTs rotate through Chemistry, Hematology/Coag, Transfusion Medicine and the Manual bench, processing blood, urine, body fluids and CSFs on site.

Shuswap Lake Hospital is a small 40-bed Level 2 acute care Hospital in the Thompson-Cariboo-Shuswap health service area. Located in Salmon Arm, B.C the hospital offers services including surgical, inpatient, obstetrics and 24-hour emergency.
