We have a fantastic opportunity for a P6 Scheduler in the Windsor ON!
The P6 Scheduler will be responsible for scheduling and sequencing the project. He/she will work closely with the project manager to ensure timely deliveries to our customers.

Job Responsibilities
- Identifies major milestones, critical approvals, and long lead procurement items.
- Determines reasonable schedule logic and constraints based on discussion with owners and/or teams.
- Assists with development of the construction three-week look-ahead schedule(s) with manpower loading, incorporating construction strategy input.
- Communicates schedule status to management regularly.
- Update and maintain project schedules in P6.
- Develops and maintains spreadsheets for various phases of construction projects.
- Interact with engineering discipline leads & construction managers to understand issues and conflicts impacting schedule.
- Evaluates critical and near critical path activity sequences.
- Suggests corrective actions and/or develops recovery plans when delays are anticipated or occur.
- This individual is expected to have a strong understanding of P6 scheduling software. This position does not require a lot of field experience.
Qualifications and Competencies
- Ability to efficiently source all requisitioned materials.
- Demonstrate ability to communicate verbally effectively and professionally and in writing ensuring tact and diplomacy.
- Proficiency in Primavera (P6).
- 7+ years of scheduling experience on industrial construction and maintenance projects.
- Ability to multi-task and handle a variety of responsibilities while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Earned Value Management.
- Experience in industrial construction and/or Turnarounds/Outages.
- Strong understanding of Critical Path Method concepts.
- Must be able to multitask, work under pressure to meet deadlines.
