Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create effective promotional materials.
• Collaborating with the P&C department to develop recruitment campaigns, monthly newsletters, onboarding material and internal communication methods to increase engagement.
• Plan and execute a wide range of marketing events, including industry shows, builder events, and sponsorships.
• Designs, builds, and maintains Prodigy’s social media presence, brainstorming new and creative growth strategies.
• Liaising with external contractors on marketing material, providing support to internal stakeholders with updated graphics for proposals and media content.
• Lead the development and implementation of marketing campaigns from start to end, working collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Plans and executes all digital marketing, including SEO, marketing databases, email, advertising campaigns and social media.
• Other duties as required.
• Creative writing and editing of all internal and external communications and proposals to build brand awareness.
• Update website content, graphics, social media posts and other marketing content as needed.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Exceptional communication skills in all forms including written, verbal, and presentations.
• Proven project management and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
• Experience with CRM, CMS, marketing automation platforms and website analytic tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or communications is preferred.
• Experience with social media management/digital marketing (SEP, social media platforms, email).
• Up to date with the latest trends and best practises in online marketing and brand development.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Marketing/Communications.
• Experience developing written content including marketing emails, social media posts and other compelling content.
• Competent understanding of writing fundamentals including spelling, grammar, punctuation, and proofreading.
• High degree of resourcefulness, flexibility, and adaptability.
