Work Arrangement: Hybrid: You'll work both remote and onsite, where time onsite is based on your job accountabilities and performance objectives.

As ATB's next Managing Director Entrepreneurial Growth, you will be responsible for achieving EFS business results by coaching and providing direction to a team of Senior Sales Leaders that lead ATB Business Advisors across the province. You will have direct influence over the client and team member experience as well as operations and risk management.

• Coach, provide feedback and measure performance
• Challenge the status quo with the goal of providing differentiating client and team experiences that contribute to Entrepreneurial Growth Team vision.
• Steers vision, prioritizes efforts, and sets goals to financially grow and retain market share in small business client segment
• Abundantly recognizing and celebrating results and successes
• Know your business and create value through collaboration with partners and stakeholders internally and in the community
• Deliver a consistent client experience that continually builds trust and confidence in ATB with a focus on entrepreneurs
• Attract, hire and retain the right people in the right roles
• Delivers results and drive change in the organization
• Clarify expectations by helping your leaders understand the connection between their team and ATB success, through identifying and developing the right skills and behaviors so you and our teams thrive
• Expand leadership practices by developing team members, acting as a mentor for Senior Sales leaders and enabling performance

Requirements

• A talent for synthesizing and sifting through the noise to identify key trends and changes that are affecting your business
• A demonstrated ability to be a catalyst who inspires new thinking, fresh momentum and focused action in other leaders
• The agility to adapt by having a clear understanding of business drivers and levers and how to utilize them to make changes to your business plan
• A minimum of 10 years related experience in business banking, including at least 5 years of leadership experience with a proven track record of leading through change and growth
