Machine Operator - Production Worker

A leading manufacturer of plastic and fiberglass goods is looking for Multiple Production workers/Machine Operators to join their team!
This is a contract-to-hire position. The ideal candidate will have a history of strong attendance and ability to work safely in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Lifting up to 50lbs
• Splitting the mold
• Unload it after the completed product is cooled
• Pouring powder inside
• Close the mold
• Using hand tools (paint scraper, air nailer)

Qualifications

• Clear communication skills, ability to follow direction well
• Steel toed safety shoes
• Physically capable of prolonged standing and lifting up to 50lbs
• Available for days, evening and possibly overnight shifts (rotating schedule)
• Strong track record of attendance and reliability
