Job Description

Van Kam Freightways Ltd. has openings for Full Time Summer Relief Class 1 Drivers working out of our Prince George terminal providing daytime pickup and deliveries. This is a seasonal position starting in May.


Position Details:


  • Local city LTL deliveries and pickups in Prince George and surrounding areas
  • Modern equipment
  • This role will be a hybrid position of a driver and warehouse dock worker. Tasks will be a combination of yard, dock and deliveries
  • Competitive rates


The successful candidate should:


  • Be comfortable operating a hand held computer device.
  • Have LTL/ P&D experience
  • Have knowledge of the area
  • Candidates with warehouse and flat deck experience will be given preference
